Caio Blinder
Brazilian journalist, writer and TV presenter
Caio Blinder is a Brazilian journalist, writer, and TV presenter with a diverse range of professional pursuits. He has been hosting the GNT program Manhattan Connection since its debut in 1993, and also serves as a correspondent for the Brazilian radio station Jovem Pan. In addition to his work in television and radio, Blinder writes for various publications, including the newspaper Diário de Notícias and the magazines Exame and Primeira Leitura.
Blinder's academic background includes master's degrees in Latin American studies from Ohio University and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. He has taught International Relations at Indiana University and previously worked as a correspondent for the Brazilian newspaper Folha de S.Paulo. Originally from a Jewish family, Blinder was involved in the Jewish youth movement Chazit Hanoar during his youth. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife Alma, who is of Philippine origin, and their two daughters.
