Dror Fixler

Dror Fixler is a renowned Israeli physicist with a specialization in optics, contributing significantly to the field of astronomy. His academic career has been marked by distinguished positions, including his current role as a Full Professor at Tel Aviv University, which he has held since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the director of the Bar-Ilan institute of nanotechnology and advanced materials, showcasing his expertise in interdisciplinary fields.

In addition to his role at Tel Aviv University, Fixler has held the position of Professor of Electrical Engineering and Nanophotonics at Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel.
